Hi! I’m Jackie.

I am a human-centered designer, researcher, strategist, and facilitator. I adore research because it connects us, reveals shared needs, values, and celebrates our humanness. Seeking to understand user needs is such a worthy journey and full of the unexpected. I work hard to bring these stories forward in my work, delivering strategies that push my clients to center the needs of their users. With AI more deeply ingrained in our world it is increasingly interesting to understand the complexity and depth of human behavior and beliefs. I aim to do so for companies who understand the value of “the why” and want to build their offerings based on well-researched human insight.
